The Platform facilitates its services with respect to monetary consideration and the payments made by You shall be according to the plans opted by You through the Platform. All payments by Users shall be through the payment mechanism put in place by Simran’s Music School. Users will be given various options to make the payment for the Services via payment gateways. The payment gateway mechanisms are governed by the terms and conditions of the third-party providers as listed on the Platform and the User agrees to be bound by those terms.

Valid Credit / Debit/ Cash Card/ online bank transfers and other payment instruments are processed using a Credit Card payment gateway or appropriate payment system infrastructure and the same will also be governed by the terms agreed to between the Users and the respective issuing bank and payment instrument issuing company. We shall not be liable for any unauthorized use, fraud, payment refunds, lost amount etc. in the transaction. The amount of refund payable shall only be limited to the amount paid by the User for Services that were not rendered to the User by Us

We will undertake to process the refund in accordance with the preliminary investigation into the reasons for the refund. On the receipt of a refund request, we will undertake to duly understand the concerns of the users and also the parents and legal guardians and try our level best to mediate before we issue a refund for the payment made on a pro-rata basis.

Please read this policy, conditions, and process carefully as they will give you important information and guidelines about your rights and obligations as our user, concerning any purchase you make through us. The policy concerning the processing of the refund shall be following the clauses as set forth:

1 At Simran’s Music School, we have a 100% refund policy for unused credits/classes. Refund requests are acted upon immediately.

2 All refunds shall be calculated on a pro-rata basis based on the total number of classes completed from the date of payment until the date of the refund request as against the total number of classes purchased.

3 The refund policy is applicable only for the paid class credits. It is not applicable to any class credits earned via referrals or any class credits gifted by Simran’s Music School.

4 All refunds shall be processed back to the source of the payment and upon a discrepancy on the same, we shall undertake to process the payment through PayPal or bank transfer which shall be convenient to the user.

5 We will act on your request immediately and the refund will be issued within 3 business days in India and 7-10 business days for International customers.

Termination

Without limiting any other rights that School may have, School may remove, restrict, cancel or suspend access to and/or use of the Service and any part of it, if Company considers (in the sole discretion of School) that You have breached any of these Terms.
You may also terminate your agreement with The School by ceasing to access the Service, and deleting all copies of the Service or part thereof within your control. Termination shall not affect any rights or remedies, which have accrued up to the time of termination
